Gord S. - Brampton, ON Mike: I purchased an XR-4 for my wife during the winter. I just placed an order for a 2nd one because I like it so much and she won't let me use hers. We are very impressed by the quality of construction, quiet movement, robust battery . Takes apart and assembles quickly and very easily . We have had a very wet spring here in Ottawa and the cart manages to muck its way through some pretty wet fairways and even after 18 holes of hilly courses has lots of juice . My wife is getting used to moving it around by remote and at a distance - it does take a little practice but, each time out she is better with it. The best thing is that after 18 holes of walking she has had her exercise but is not exhausted. We have been approached by many people asking about the unit and have given them your website . Those most interested are the golfers with the older style carts with the huge and heavy section along/behind the axle . My only suggestion is to provide a little more information in the instruction manual as not all the features are intuitive. ..for example, the timer button function on the remote.
