There are certainly more expensive carts out there, and I have seen most of them. I work three days a week at a golf course as a course marshal. I talked to a guy with a very expensive Kangaroo cart, and after seeing my Par Caddy, he wants to sell his Kangaroo and get a Par Caddy. His expensive machine does not have a reverse! I have used my Par Caddy now for about 4 months, 2-3 days a week, with no problems. The features I like most: 1: Ease of use. The remote controller is a no-brainer, easy to use. 2: Durability. All the welds are solid, and the steel frame is a plus in my opinion. 3: Compact: folds easily and quickly, stores in the back of my SUV. 4: Battery and charger: the battery is strong, and charges in 3-4 hours to be ready for use the next day. I would suggest to any prospective buyer that they invest in a Digital Voltmeter, I got mine at Wal-Mart for 19 bucks. The analog type is much too difficult to try to read 13.6 volts!! 5: Miscellaneous: Wheels and tires are great. Soft enough to have good traction, but not filled with air and be prone to flats. I also like the fact that it has a front bumper: at my home course, we have cylindrical concrete shapes that line most of the cart paths, and I have hit them many times, with no resulting misalignment of the front wheel. Would I recommend this cart to any of my friends? Absolutely yes. Without hesitation. I have owned the two-wheel pull carts, and the 3-wheeled push carts. But all of them put some degree of pressure on my back. After 18 holes, I could barely walk. With the Par Caddy, there is absolutely no strain on my back, and I feel great after 18 holes. (hey, I am 65 yrs. old) So, Mike, thanks for the very good cart. I like it a lot. I am happy I went with your company and your Par Caddy. As I am sure you realize buying anything over the internet is a scary thing for some. Am I going to be taken? Is the service there and how will it be serviced? Am I paying too much? Is it a real savings buying it this way or should I just pay more to some place who is local and appears more reputable? In this day and age these are all valuable questions. I am here to say buying the MC101R from Par Caddy was a very pleasing experience and you answered all the above questions not only in words but by your actions. The product is value priced but the quality is just as high as in any other cart you would care to compare it to. YOU have certainly stood behind your product which adds to the quality also. YOU have serviced the cart when needed with little or no questions and followed through with actions. You once said to me, "I wish all my customers were understanding like you" well I would reciprocate by saying I wish all retail companies had the same customer service and product as YOU. I have dealt with local retail where customer satisfaction is nil however that is certainly not the case with Par Caddy (and you are an internet based retailer). I took a chance in buying from Par Caddy and you have put any fears of doing so, to rest. Keep up the excellent work and I would not hesitate in an instant, to highly recommend both the MC101R to anyone or the excellent service YOU have provided. Randy M. The Par Caddy is, in my opinion, the most bang for the buck. There are certainly more expensive carts out there, and I have seen most of them.
