LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Par Caddy is parts warranted for one year (2 years for 2018 models or later) against defects in materials or workmanship subject to the exclusions below.  The main Lithium battery for 24 months - not pro-rated). The warranty begins the day your unit is delivered according to our delivery records.

Of course the warranty does not cover abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage etc. If your Par Caddy needs any covered parts during the warranty period, Par Caddy will provide the part at no charge, but the customer must pay shipping charges.

Par Caddy’s are modular in construction so you can easily change most parts yourself. If you need help with labour we’ll try to recommend someone in your area who could help. Since the warranty only covers parts, you will be responsible for any labour charges incurred. The most common service procedures can be downloaded from the Tech Support page of the Par Caddy web site – www.parcaddy.ca – select Tech Support from the main menu on the upper left.

 Warranty Exclusions

Remote Control Transmitter – since this unit is subject to damage due to mishandling, dropping, spills etc., it is warranted to be in perfect working condition upon arrival of your Par Caddy. If you require a new remote transmitter at any time later, it will be available for the low price indicated on the web site Parts and Service page, plus the shipping charge.

Wheels and Tires – Since most wheel problems are caused by the cart hitting something such as a sprinkler head, rock, tree, curb, hole, or other object, wheels and tires are not covered under the warranty. Tire wear is considered normal wear and tear.

Main battery (Lithium) – Warranty is 24 months - not pro-rated.

Battery life depends on a wide variety of factors including the quality of care and maintenance provided. Please read and refer to the Battery tech bulletin included with your operating manual. This bulletin can also be downloaded from the web site Tech Support page.

Accessories – drink, scorecard and umbrella holders etc. are not covered under the warranty.

If you require warranty service on your Par Caddy and you cannot get it performed locally by another electric caddy facility, please bring your unit to Par Caddy Canada Inc. in Barrie, Ontario. Please call first for an appointment so we can ensure someone will be there to meet you.  705-770-2828 – You can ship your Par Caddy in for service but you are responsible for shipping charges both ways. Please let us know in advance if you plan to send your Par Caddy back for service.

Any electric caddy repair facility can service your Par Caddy as long as they have access to any required parts. Par Caddy Canada Inc. will work with any facility regardless of the brands they carry, to provide advice and any required parts. Par Caddy is available only online - it is not sold in stores.

All major credit cards and debit cards accepted thru Paypal. You don't need to open a Paypal account to pay by credit card or debit.
